Wonderful, friendly spot in Laverton, espresso coffee with plant milk and vegan cake option. Inside table seating. Great selection of books including the Len Beadell books on CD.
The coffee beans here are phenomenal!! Lovely staff too.
What a fabulous place to visit. Great coffee and a delicious range of cakes. There are also wonderful gifts and souvenirs available. Prices are very good as well. The staff were very polite, friendly and always smiling each time we visited. I would highly recommend a visit.
Really nice little museum and gift shop, with an excellent fancy coffee counter. I had a chai tea latte and browsed the fine selection of Len Beadell books while our Troopy, which had broken down on the Gunbarrel Highway, was being repaired by a local mechanic. This visitors' center was a great place to kill some time while we waited!
Great service from friendly ladies that work here. Looking forward to getting my permits this year before Riding the Outback Way.
Nice stop after finishing The Great Central Road and have a real, good coffee. Shop is very good stocked and ladies are very friendly.
2022 update: still the best coffee in Laverton, now with an improved retail area, more seating and a museum/ historic display that is well worth checking out. Best coffee in Laverton. If you have time to stop for a coffee in Laverton, stop here. The Desert Deli doesn’t really do coffee and the BP doesn’t have a proper coffee machine, so the visitor centre is the only business in Laverton that does coffee well.
Great service, incredibly helpful and has reasonably priced very pretty jewellery
